IVR Problem

    Que tal:

    Ya he configurado el IVR de mi elastix, pero cuando llamo y pasa el tiempo de espera, la llama no entra al IVR, hay alguna parte en la cual se deba de habilitar el IVR, gracias

    Hey:

    I have already configure the IVR of my elastix, but when to delay time ends, the call does not goes to the IVR, is ther any box that i have to check in order to enable the IVR, thx

    I'm not sure what you mean when you mention the delay time, but there isn't an option to turn the IVR on. You just need to route your call to the IVR.

    Hi thank you very much for your time, about the "delay time" im talking about the time o the "time out" is the amount of time before the "t" option is used.

    How do it turn on the IVR? and how should i route the call to the IVR?

    You just need to create an inbound route and point that to the IVR.
