    I have a question

If a caller calls I want them to put automatically on hold. After 30 sec I want to trigger a IVR Menu.

    With two options

Press 1. To Stay on hold
    Press 2. To leave a Voice-mail

Can somebody help me with this?

Can you explain more of what you are trying to do.

It sounds unusual to place someone on hold as soon as the call comes in, then at 30 secs ask them if they want to stay on hold or leave a voicemail. Does that mean that they will never get answered???

Without further info, you could use a queue with no agents attached to it. It has a breakout IVR option, which you could use and a timing when it repeats this breakout option, you can make it ring or have on hold music....

    Regards

    Bob

    Hey Bob,

No, The phone only can answered if our help desk pick up the phone.

Not hold but like a waiting-room. Let them wait there until a employee is aviable

We want put automatically on old with a music until one of our helpdesk employee pick it up.

But if the call isnt picked up in 30 sec I want to trigger a Menu.
