IVR not handling all inbound calls

Hi we running Elastix 1.3-2 and have problems with the IVR not handling all incoming calls. It seems as if the DTMF is not recognizing the dial tones as when the caller is opted to dial the extension the call is still routed to the Swithboard.

why dont you use 1.6
its much more stable than d version u r using.
