IVR ignores dial input

    Please help me if you can, I'll really appreciate it.

    I set up my IVR in my Elastix system, when I use my phone on another elastix server to call and get to where I enter the extension number, it worked fine, but it does not work consistently with that phone line.

    When the call is made, after the announcement, I dial the desired extion and nothing happens, the announcement still continues. On the occassion when it works, it will only work again after about 5 mins later.

    When I make the same call with my cellphone, it works flawlessly.

    So if this is a DTMF problem, I do I fix this issue. Thanks guys
