Does anybody know how to build IVR to get something like "failover" or "default" destination.
I want to send caller to dedicated extension or queue if they point wrong number some times (wrong choice 3 times) or will wait for the timeout.

The "t" (timeout) and "i" (invalid keypress) options work just as documented.

..of course RTFM (I'm blind or what): "When creating a menu option, apart from the standard options of 0-9,* and #, you can also use 'i' and 't' destinations. 'i' is used when the caller pushes an invalid button, and 't' is used when there is no response."

    many thanks dicko :)
