IVR Direct Dial does not work

    I have problem with IVR.
    I have configured IVR with "Enable Direct Dial" function. All IVR points are recognized correctly. when I try to dial during the voice message is played - this does not work system take first digit and forward connection to this IVR point.

    Do I need configure something else to get this work (Direct dial)?
