IVR causes one way audio

Hello
I am having a very odd problem with the IVR. When the IVR is active and has routed the call based on the caller's key press, the inbound caller only hears about 3 seconds of audio before dropping out. The person who received the call can hear the caller but the caller can't hear the receptionist. When I disable the IVR the problem goes away and all calls are completed without the one way audio problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight?

Turns out to be incorrect setting for comfort noise. So thanks for nothing. _|_
