Hello I am having a very odd problem with the IVR. When the IVR is active and has routed the call based on the caller's key press, the inbound caller only hears about 3 seconds of audio before dropping out. The person who received the call can hear the caller but the caller can't hear the receptionist. When I disable the IVR the problem goes away and all calls are completed without the one way audio problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight?
