Dear Friends, Today is my first day with Elastix Running officialy in my office. All my old phone system was disabled yesterday by the night. I'm so happy with it.

I have setted an IVR for all calls. When Someone calls my numbers IVR places the call and says "ETA Ground Sourgey & GPS Company, press 2 for Customer Assitance, 3 for Billing Department, 4 for Engeneering, 5 for FAX or 9 for operator." So... The user needs to type something. My question is: Any possibility to the call be transfered to some extention if the caller does not press anything ? For example... I want to set something like: "ETA Ground Sourgey & GPS Company, press 2 for Customer Assitance, 3 for Billing Department, 4 for Engeneering, 5 for FAX or wait for operator."

Thanks

apart from 0-9(and * and #) you can also define

T (for timeout)
and
I (for invalid)

as destinations for your IVR
