    Hello,

Okay I want to put callers in a Queue that worked but after 30 sec I want to trigger a IVR-menu.That also worked. If nobody answers the IVR-menu I want callers to get back in the Queue and make a andless loop. This doesn't work yet. Does somebody have a suggestion of how to accomplish this?

    thanks alot!

Change the timeout length to be how long you want it to be. Put a t in the box where you put the numbers. Then set the destination back to the queue.

    Okay Thanks I did that.

The queue starts after 30sec he triggers a menu and then he goes back the queue... but after playing the loop 1 time... Hes repeating the anoucement of the IVR-menu over and over agian. Thats not good.

What did I do wrong? [IMG]

I gave put t instead of the number.

Put it does not work.... the loop is playing 1 time but I need a endless loop.
