IVR and Sipstation Trunks

Using Freepbx 2.7 with Elastix 2.0 and same problem occured with Freepbx 2.8
We have 2 SIP trunk vendors Sipstation and Vitelity. for no apparent reason IVR problems just happened out of the blue with no changes to the system. IVR is not recognizing any options and continues to play and only on Sipstation trunks and they provide no help. All Vitelity Trunks work well.

Is anyone else having this issue. We are temporarily bypassing IVR on those inbound trunks and going to a Ring Group.
