IVR and Caller ID

Hi, I've a problem when I receive a call that pass through an IVR message, the extension that receive the call will see as caller id its own extension or the group that receive the call from the IVR.
I make an example:
- the caller with phone nr 123456 call my phone number and the IVR message answer
- the caller follow the instructions of the IVR and the call is passed to the extension 222
- the phone registered to the extension 222 answer but see as caller id 222 instead of 123456

Same thing if the IVR pass the call to a group that contains a group of extensions, the extension that will answer will see the group id as caller id, seems that the real caller id is lost.

Anyone can help me?

what version of elastix is that ?
Does it happens with more than on brand of handsets?
Have you tried Deleting and making again the IVR or making a new one?

The elastix version is 2.0.0 release 38.
Anyway we start to have this problem after we upgrade FreePBX from version 2.7 to 2.8.
According to me the problem is related with the Panel/flash and Panel/dhtml.
Now when we receive a call from the IVR the panels display instead of the calling Id the IVR id.

I have the same problem with my Elastix 2.0...
The problem is only for queus ...it is working as it should for IVRs and ring groups.
I am looking at it I should let you know as soon as I find a solution.
