IVR along with Queue.

    Hello everyone!

    My question is how can i connect IVR meny choices alog with queues!

    Example.

    I dial my number xxxx.
    - Ring ring.
    -- Hi and welcome to company name..
    --- Press one for tech support
    ---- Press two for economy..

    Now if someone presses on one of those options how can i make it go to a queue instead of an extension?

    Just create the queues and when they press 1 or 2 send it to the queue that you created
