Iso for Elastix on Esxi 4.0

I am looking for some time a "ISO" which can be used on a virtual server (ESXi 4.0).
I have found things on this site, but nothing works on my ESXi server!

Does one or one of you should have a place where I could download the "iso" so valuable?
