I'm not newbie but not expert either. I just need to know why in the Port Scanner (http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scan/#) shows isn't responding on port 5060 (sip) though everything works well since I only use Elastix within corporate network. But does my port really block outside the network (public)? how to open this port so when i expand outside my network, it will be visible (respond)?

Simply, your firewall rules must allow inbound connections on udp/5060 if your server is NAT'ed then that port must be forwarded to your SIP server and your SIP server should so accept those connections and reply to the requstor that will be transparently sent back through firewall . it's just basic Firewall/PNAT stuff here, there should be no confusion.
