Is there any place to get answers about elastix

Hi All
Is there any sir or forum except here that we can find our answers. most of the questions here has nor response even simple that is it possible or not.
Elastix is a power system and i am really enjoying but if some thing happens you are on your own.
Does anyone have expierience about a place to find answers.

The answer to your first posted reference is no, unless you write it yourself, that was probably why nobody answered you.

The answer to your second posted reference is probably because you have not correctly set up "far end disconnect supervision" ( many posts here as to how to do that.) That you provided nothing in support of your problem is probably why you where ignored, the "nobody's there" probably happens outside the queue/RG also, did you check that?

As to your third posted reference, it was you who ignored the help that was offered by amphibian.

If you want help, you need to spend a little more time perhaps in self help and self diagnostics first.

So yes you are in the right place for answers, many thousands of questions have been asked and almost all answered , but the question has to be fully formed and understandable to get a reasonable answer. I will remind you that even though with some pain, I have helped you before, have you actual learned to read and research stuff yet?

There is always the option of the "paid support" option under the link below if you feel those here are not fully honoring your sense of self entitlement.

Thanks for your reply,
at least now i know what to do. Actually i search a alot and doing some try to solves my problems and i come here after too many try.Also i can pay technical team if they can solve my problem
i sset busy detect unmarked ( active ) and 3 busy count. what else shall i do for disconnect supervision

Always the most effective way is to use the type of disconnect signal provided by your vendor, only they can tell you what they provide and if in fact they do provide it at all.

The busydetect and count is only a last resource and will detect the "howler" signal sent by your provider, usually this is sent after one or two minutes, unfortunately using busycount=3 will often disconnect the call when it hears any three repetitive sounds (perhaps another phone ringing or a forklift)

finally, please be aware that many cheap clone cards "just can't get it right" anyway.
