I get the following error in my /var/log/asterisk/full log. It appears fairly often.

chan_sip.c: Peer '5472' is now Lagged. (2570ms / 2000ms)

5472 is one of our extenstions that says it's registered but I can't even log into voicemail.

We are running Elastix 2.0

What does is now Lagged mean??

Thanks,
Scott

Well, it has to do with the latency between the phone and the elastix server. A phone is considered "lagged" if the time in milli seconds exceedes 2000ms.
If you want to turn off this checking, then just go to the properties of the extension and set "qualify" to "no".

I assume the phone is not on the same network as the server?

Also, if the phone is lagged, then this is a sign that the connection between the phone and elastix server is very very slow/poor/bad...anything you call it.
