In monitoring list there is only these columns->(Date,Time,Source,Destination ,Duration,Type,Message)

1-) Is it possible to add agent login id to these area?
2-) In attached file source columns are always the same and it is our caller id. Is it possible to make it as agent login id or extension who starts call?
3-) In destination field there is always queue number shows. How can i do this as called number which elastix_dialer called? http://forum.elastix.org/old_files/monitoring_list.zip

anything is possible but any upgrade or improvement must be developed and programmed by palosanto or others who share their code or not......

here is a hack ...

one of our customers is running a callcenter and facing this issue, here is a script he runs from cron which changes the src and dst of the outbound calls, his queue is 985, so you can adapt this SQL


sql="UPDATE asteriskcdrdb.cdr set SRC=CONCAT('985:',SUBSTR(dstchannel,7)) WHERE src='Ne152' AND dst='985' AND dstchannel LIKE 'Agent/%' and lastapp='Queue'";

sql="UPDATE asteriskcdrdb.cdr d, calls c SET d.dst = c.phone WHERE d.src like '985:%' AND d.dst='985' and lastapp='Queue' AND c.uniqueid = d.uniqueid AND c.uniqueid IS NOT NULL"
