Intercom doesn't work on Polycom 450,550,650 Phone

I have a bunch of Polycom phones that just ring when someone uses the intercom feature. All of my Linksys SPA942's work great but the Polycom phones refuse to page and just ring. Any ideas would be awesome.

I've tried using both the Elastix Endpoint Manager and the Advanced FreePBX endpoint manager that's being recommended here.

Edit the sip.conf file located at /tftpboot directory, make sure that you have the following line with this values:

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="Ring Answer" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="4" />

Once you edit it, reboot your Polycom, so it will download it, and now you will be able to page. Take into account that it is very likely that you will also need to update the firmware of your phones.

I am running into this same issue. It was working fine on Elastix version 2.2 until I did a yum update to Elastix 2.5. I posted my message here and wondering if someone has a solution.
