Integration Call Manager Elastix

    I would like to integrate a Cisco Call Manager with Elastix 1.3 trough SIP trunk, I have read a how toin voip-info but I have a doubt.

    In the menu to create SIP trunk, what I must put on the Incoming Settings and in Outbound Settings ang registration string; I see too that in the menu to create the trunk sip in the Call Manager doesnt appear a user neither a password to put in the trunk
