Instant problem

    Hi every body

    I have a new problem in my cdr report

    her is it


    I have done a campaign that make outgoing calls
    and I have recorded a message and used it in my campaign


    for example


    My CSV FILE

    0160926786,"Tom"
    0161235468,"Jerry"
    .......

    after editing the campaign and agent login
    the campaign will call "tom" first
    when he answer he will hear the message I recorded and then hang up

    then "Jerry" will be called when he answer he will hear the same recorded message

    and so on


    until now every thing goes right

    the problem is that my CDR Report doesn't contain any report about the call have been made
    the cdr report doen't contain any thing about this campaign

    How can I make sure that my message have been delivered successfully

    I hope find the answer shortly :dry:
