installing g729 opensource

    Hello I want to install the codec g729 from
    I dont know wich is the version I need, Im using elastix 2.0 (with asterisk 1.6) and this is my processor:

    Show where in the source code it claims that it is open source and will tell you.
    (it doesn't, it isn't, and it is stolen, it costs less than 10 dollars a channel from legitimate license holders)
