I've tried both debian-9.5.0-amd64-netinst-Elastix.iso and debian-amd64-netinst-3cx.iso. I have burned them to cds, dvds and usb drives and attempted the installation with all of them. All routes end with either a failure to connect to repository (security.debian.org) or a failure installing packages. 3cx does not start upon reboot and i am sent directly to a login with any of the installation media. Has anyone experienced these problems?

This is the other error I was getting. I am about to flash the other ISO you just linked and try manually installing the PBX now.

Please proceed to use the other ISO and install the PBX by command line.
