Just installed elastix 2.0 on an Dell Inspiron zino HD network drivers don't load, seems that it does nto think it has a nic card, any tricks to make this work ?

Yes, what I would do is to search on the web my mainboard model, and lookup for the network driver, download the source file and compile it on my server

I will for completeness double post my other answer to you:-

Asterisk 2.0 doesn't exist yet, Elastix 2.0 is supposedly based on the Centos 5.5 kernel (IMHO a little incompletely, but that's another story).

will get you going but it's a bit of a Catch-22 if you don't have a network, resort to a USB stick to get the rpms on your machine.

This will save you bothering to search or compile as jgutierrez so rightly suggested, please try and use google more effectively, it really is your friend, this time I did it for you :) perhaps next time try:-
