Incorrect call duration

Hi,

It appears that the call duration logged for trunk call includes the period the phone rings(before the receiver answers the call). The resulting bill is inaccurate since its over-bloated. Does anyone know what I can do solve this challenge.

what trunk type do you have...in digital and sip lines answered time is correcdt and measured since answer event only

WHat I have are ISDN analogue trunk lines.

I made a slight mistake my trunk lines are PSTN connected to FXO ports.

fxo ports in digium/sangoma cards or connected to analog gateways...as you dont know almost anything in telephone terminology is really hard to hel...

i hope you found a solution for the problem of your Analog trunk now i am facing the same problem, so i hope you can guid me what to do?

Hi,
