Incomming Call/Transfer Issue

    Hi Support,

    I am using elastix 1.2-4 and am having two issues.

    1. Whenever a caller calls one of the 5 pots line atthached to the digium card, the caller hears 2 rings before the extensions in the ring group starts to ring. How can we get both the caller to hear and the ring group to start ringing at the same time.

    2.Whenever a call is transfered from extension A to B, if extension B does not answer can the call be forwrded back to A.

    Please advise what adjustments may be made to achieve these
