    It looks like you are very close. Here is what I have setup with Callcentric that works:

    PEER DETAILS

    authuser=177721xxxxx
    canreinvite=yes
    context=from-pstn
    dtmf=rfc2833
    dtmfmode=rfc2833
    fromdomain=callcentric.com
    fromuser=177721xxxxx
    host=callcentric.com
    insecure=very
    nat=yes
    qualify=yes
    secret=*******
    type=peer
    username=177721xxxxx

    INCOMING Settings:

    User Details:

    context=from-pstn
    host=callcentric.com
    qualify=yes
    secret=******
    srvlookup=yes
    type=peer

    Register string

    177721xxxxx:*******@callcentric.com/177721xxxxx

    Make sure to put in the qualify statement. That will make sure that you get the millisecond time for the peer.

    Hope this helps.
