incoming calls workflow question

    I'm trying to figure out how to implement the following behavior (this would be the case 100% of the time, regardless of time of day, etc).

    incoming call sent to extension 500
    extension 500 rings
    if not answered , forward call to IVR announcement
    <other stuff>

    the "other stuff" i have figured out, I'm just having a problem figuring out how to send a non-answered call to an announcement instead of voicemail

    Add a "misc Application" code to suite and from exension 500 use the codes you have in "feature codes" page , by default:-


    Call Forward No Answer/Unavailable Activate *52
    Call Forward No Answer/Unavailable Deactivate *53
