Incoming call CLIR problem

Hello
I have 1 Trunk Zap and 1 Trunk SIP
If make test incoming call from GSM line (status "Send my Caller ID : NO" ) to Zap Trunk
ought Private no but I see number. How make if status prohib number is hiden.
Please Help

Hi,

didn't understand you on the phone (sorry your phone coverage could be cause).

try this:

pri debug span 1

and capture the signaling form telco carrier, is this carrier sending you the CLIR info correctly ?

Give your zaptel/dahdi config, (only lines without the #).

i think is this as simple as:
usecallingpres=yes

in yours spans config.

I think that GUI (elastix et all) makes not a clear config that you don't see what's going on.

The telco sends correct thing in signaling so it's up to elastix's logic to not show you the restricted clip.
