inbound setup for call center module - not working

    Hello,

    When I log in Agent console:

    Agent: 100
    Extention:3000

    I get a call when I press answer no voice I can hear.

    How can I debug to see what happen?

    I get in agent console but allthe button from the left are disabled.

    Also the Call, Form,Script can't be accesed.
    I have created a Script and also a form for the agent to be able to get data from inbound clients.

    Why I can't access this buttons?
