    Hi There all
i have three companies that will be using the same Elastix, with each company having it's own IVR,when a call is received for lets say on company A's telephone number how do i direct the call to company A's IVR
I don't want to use a common IVR to select between the different companies, i must link 4 numbers to company A's IVR, when a call is received it must automatically be rooted to the correct IVR

your in put will be appreciated

    kind regards
    kobus

Download and read (maybe twice or more if necessary :) ) "Elastix Without Tears", it will explain how to setup your inbound routes for each DID/CID match you care to define (leave the CID empty for all callers) , you will find one destination offered will be a list of IVR's that you have previously defined, just choose the appropriate one.
