inbound root

    Hi , i m new in elastix until l now i was working with trixbox . I found the elastix more...... than trixbox, righ now i need your help . I have inbound root and i say to elastix the 37607 send it to ring group 600, the 27276 i say pause before answer 20 sec because is my fax there , in third one i say 79365
    wait before answer 20 second becuase there is another modem that answer there.I have one isdn line and i install the collogne card. My problem is that some times in 79365 answer the 600 ring group and i can not found why .Any sagestions ?

    you see at line three your b-channel 1 hungup and at line 0 hardware had already re-presented the call on b-channel 2.
    the channels will have different SPID's so the did has changed and the call will be rerouted to group 600 as any call on b-channel 2 would be.

    check the timout values for the channels? and do you have a feature to call forward no answer set on the isdn subscrition from the telco?

    (I'm in the US so isdn behavior might be different but it looks like the 20 second wait is too long for the channel)

    First thanks for the replay,right now i will change the timersin 6 sec .
    I was have the same setup in trixbox with out problem.Right now i add inbound root that he cats all and wait for a 10sec .I will see one time
    the log .

    Hi, i have 3 sec. instant of 20 the problem still .This time i notice that this happen when the line is off hook(busy ) and another call go to the same number (in this case 79365 ), so i edit the inbound route 79365 with 3 seconds delay and another one cats all with 3 sec. and when no answer hangup the line .
    Any suggestion ?
