    Hi,
    I have some problem with inbound call on my pbx.

    I have installed my Elastix pbx with Openvox B400P with followoing steps:

    1. Elastix v1.3 installation with no cards
    2. Shutdown and insert B400P card on a motherboard slot
    3. Run "mISDN scan" shows one card present
    4. Run "mISDN config" shows one card configured
    5. Edit "/etc/mISDN.conf" and change link mode from ptmp to ptp (business line)
    6. Run "setup" and config mISDN service to autostart at boot
    7. Run "/usr/sbin/misdn-init config" to create /etc/misdn-init.conf
    8. Run "mISDN start", red led blink
    9. Connect a line cable carrier to first port, red led turned on (no blink)
    10. on Elastix GUI, create custom trunk for two ports(mISDN/1/$OUTNUM and mISDN/2/$OUTNUM)
    11. Create outbound route with the two custom trunk
    12. Create inbound route with any DID / any CID

    Outbound calls works fine.
    When I receive a inbound call, on the B400P card, I see that the green led on the two ports blink alternately, but on the asterisk console in verbose mode I don't see anything and my extension no ring.

    When I run on CLI the command "misdn show stacks", I see this status
    BEGIN STACK_LIST:
    * Port 1 Type TE Prot. PTP L2Link UP L1Link:UP Blocked:0 Debug:0
    * Port 2 Type TE Prot. PTP L2Link DOWN L1Link:DOWN Blocked:0 Debug:0
    * Port 3 Type TE Prot. PTP L2Link DOWN L1Link:DOWN Blocked:0 Debug:0
    * Port 4 Type TE Prot. PTP L2Link DOWN L1Link:DOWN Blocked:0 Debug:0

    Any idea how I can resolve my problem ? What I have forgot on my configuration ?

    Thank you for any help
    Luca

    ADD: enabled log of misdn, when I receive a call, the log write

    I have this problem too. I paid Elastix support to fault find and they have not fixed it yet.
    What was the outcome for you?

    Thanks

    Phil
