inbound DID to outbound DID

    hello guys I will try to explain as better as I can

    before: customer with option 11 nortel and a E1 trunk woth 100 DID they had a config so a DID routes to a specific extension into PBX (direct numbers)


    after: I placed an elastix with 2 E1 port 1 recvives the carrier E1 port 2 sends E1 to pbx


    everything woks but not the DID direct numbers

    I dont know hoe to create an custom dial plan to "overwrite" the DID do what I recieve into the elastix I send to pbx and the pbx recognise the DID number.

    hope you guys can help me with this I am stumped.

    You could check the "Intra Company Route" box in the "outbound route" to the pbx.

    ref: the Hover-over help on that box


    Intra Company Route -- Optional: Selecting this option will treat this route as a intra-company connection, preserving the internal Caller ID information and not use the outbound CID of either the extension or trunk.
