Okay, now it's my turn to ask a question...

Somehow, every incoming call is counted as an internal call, while in fact it is an external call (as it is passing through a trunk) and thus should be counted as an external call.
Outgoing calls are rightfully counted as external calls.

How do I get Asterisk to count those incoming calls as external calls? I think the same functionality is used for counting external calls as is for counting towards a maximum amount of channels through a trunk (maximum channels field in trunk settings).
When hovering over the label of that field, you get a nice popup telling you that you should "use the auto-generated context: fromt-trunk-sip-<trunk name> as the inbound trunk's context".

I have tried to put that context in the field user context.
I have tried filling in the username of the trunk in user context and that context in user details.

Neither of these options work.
What's wrong with me/my pbx?
