I need some help creating an inbound route.

I have one ISDN card allready installed and working in elastix. I can receive 2 calls simultaneously but I don´t know how receive them in differents extensions. For example, all the inbound calls go to 100 extension, but if it´s talking to someone the line seems to be bussy.

How can I caonfigure it to redirect the second call to a different extension?

    Thanks

There are multiple options to accomplish this:

    1. Forward on Busy
    - In Feature Codes lookup your feature code for "Call Forward Busy Activate"
    - Dial that feature code and follow the instructions to forward any calls for your extension when it is busy

    2. Follow Me
    - If not installed, install the Follow Me Module through the unembedded FreePBX
    - Add Follow Me settings for extension 100

    3. Ring Groups
    - If not installed, install the Ring Group Module through the unembedded FreePBX
    - Create a Ring Group and add any extension you want to it, in this case thus at least two

    4. Queues
    - If not installed, install the Queues Module through the unembedded FreePBX
    - Create a Queue and add at least extension 100 to it, more if desired

Nice! The Follow me function is the one I need.

    Thank you!
