    I have few questions?


    1.where is the incoming calls and outgoing call will be recorded?
    2.Is this Software detects the Answering machine or voice mail to ignore,which is use to save sip account/minutes account?
    3.In Call Center module how the leads csv format will be, mean( phone number,name,address)?
    4.What are all the limitations for this software?
    5.how to re program the code if we need to add some?
