If it ain't broke don't fix it

    I should have listened to myself. Our system was working perfectly for us, version 0.9.0-14. I upgraded to 0.9.0-18 and everything crashed. All the vm boxes were gone. The IVR's were not responding to digits. Recordings were missing.

    I wish I had more time to troubleshoot but with it being on a live system I had to reinstall from scratch 0.9.0-14. and reprogram the switch.

    Sorry I don't have more information. I just thought you should know.

    Yes I did. It was a few weeks old but it worked to restore.

    I am back on 0.9.0-14 and all is working perfectly again.

    A few weeks old... not really it was from the 1st day of going to the final release of 0.9.0. Nov. 15th. I think. I relabeled the backup - "install" anyway just some clarification.
