If I login via phone to the queue, I get hangup

Hi,

Can somebody explain me, when ever I login to queue by dialing the queue number and the system ask me for agent number, I enter the agent number, it ask me for password, I enter the password. then it says agent logged in and it hangs up.

Whats up with it? is it suppose to hang me up?

The callcenter module make control of your extension, this is the reason of all time you have MOH while you are in the console agent login waiting or making calls.
