    Hey everyone,

    I have a few Linksys SPA941 phones connecting externally/off-campus to my elastix server. The phones usually work fine but it seems after a few hours on inactivity they go into a sort of "sleep mode" and the lights turn amber and they are unable to recieve or send any calls unless you do a hard reboot (unplug - plug back in). Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

    In my sip_NAT.conf is
    Code:
    nat=yes
    externip=xx.xx.xx.xx
    externrefresh=120
    localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

    And all the phones have NAT mapping and NAT KEEP ALIVE enabled. Any thoughts?

    regards,

    Lowering the expiration time didn't seem to help much, what did seem to help for me was widening the RTP min/max ports. Any thoughts?
