Forgive my clumsiness, took a couple of years working with TrixBox almost without problems. Now I am starting with Elastix (1.4), which I felt much more complete TrixBox.
But it does not receive calls.
At first, I could not make calls outside, until it changes into zapata.conf from the PSTN to-from-zaptel.
But when I make an incoming call, I get tone but nothing else.
There are some truquillo in the trunk, routes incoming or configuration files.

I would appreciate a little help to keep my tests.
    Thank you all.

Please explain a bit more about your problem.

IF you are using an FXO card, just make an empty incoming route to ring an ext. That should help to test.

    best luck

Thank you, and I found the problem was set by the extension of the fax in the route of entry.
I turned off the fax detection on the route of entry, and can receive calls.
Now I am not clear as to configure the fax reception, as in all the textbooks said it was in the extension, but in the version 2.5 of FreePbx this is no longer possible.
