Hi, How do you contact paid support after you purchased 24x7 chat support? I got my ticket code. the only thing it says is: "For detailed instructions about how to access the support service, please follow this link: http://store.palosanto.com" I only see the 877- number. I called the number and selected support, but all I get is on-hold music for about 20 mins and then the call drops. Have tried this 4 times now.
