How to use callcenter 1.2 without agent console?

    There is a way to agent login manual without console ?

    I don't want to install 6 pc and i want to know if this it's possible, however use the call center module without using agent console.


    I have see that if in call i press * , the call will be hangup and all will continue as normal...

    There is a way without using agent console. In your phone (extension) press : *8888xxxx..#, where xxxx is the number of agent. After put the agent secret

    In this way isn't very atracctive.

    There it's a way to do a break in this method ? For the hangup just do * but for the break ?
