My elastix box is connected to E1 trunk of PBX via Cisco 3810. PBX terminates SIP calls into PSTN. I created a SIP trunk, which works fine. The problem is that it has only one Outbound caller IP for all SIP-phones. Is there a method to substitute the constant Outbound caller ID of a trunk with the caller ID of extension?

Assuming the problem is occurring in your Elastix installation, make sure you don't specify a Caller ID at the trunk level - if you do then that takes precedence over the ones specified for your individual extensions.
