How to make a call return to the Queue

    Hello, how can i do that a call returns to the queue when it is speaking to an agent?

    if I try:

    "ACTION: Redirect\r\nChannel: " + Channel +"\r\nExten: 10000\r\n\r\n"

    call hang up!!
