Our main phone (receptionist) is a 12 line phone. All 12 lines are configured with the SAME extension (ext. 300). I am trying to figure out HOW to get the 2nd - 12th line to ring if the receptionist is on line 1 etc...? CURRENT SCENARIO: Our customers dial our main #, 800-xxx-xxxx, which is routed to extension 300. If receptionist is NOT on the phone, then line 1 starts to ring and upon picking up phone the call is connected. Everything works well here. HOWEVER; THEN, during the above phone call, when a 2nd customer calls 800-xxx-xxxx, that caller immediatley gets the "Busy Voicemail" message. DESIRED SCENARIO: If receptionist is on LINE 1, we would prefer any additional calls (i.e. 2nd customer) to ring on LINE 2 -- where the receptionist may place LINE 1 on hold, and answer line 2. And so on / so forth for the remaining available 12 lines on the phone?
