3 solutions to start with, there are probably more ways of doing it:

    - create a ring group where you enter the pstn number with a # at the end.
    - use the follow me option
    - create a custom extension to that pstn number

    Hello

I tried the follow me option, added one PSTN number on Follow-Me list, when I dial to this extension it can't follow to that PSTN number .

Can one FXO to forward PSTN ?

For example, Peter joining meeting outside of company, someone call Peter by this number.
The FXO is using during that call, so the call forward can't forward to Peter mobile.

Is is possible to use one FXO to forward outside PSTN?

    Thank !

    Yes, you can.
You need to create a custom extension:

    User Extension: 201
This device uses custom technology dial: local(666777888@from-internal)

If you use this context, this would make this 666777888 external number like one more internal extension, he can even transfer the call to other internal extensions. You can call him dialing 201 from any extension.
Maybe you prefer to use some other context, as @outbound-allroutes or create a custom one.

This would make Elastix call his phone using the same outgoing route you use from any extension to call this number. If you route 6XXXXXXXX to a dahdi trunk it will use the FXO to call, if you send it to a SIP trunk, it will call him that way.

Then, if you configure this extension 201 into the follow me, it should work.
