    How to auto-login agent into queue and use outgoing campaign to run ivr instead real human agent?

    I've follow this article but it too advanced for newbie. I can only use call center basic function like human-agent manually login and wait for a call.

    Please advise me step-by-step. What extension, agent and queue I have to create? How to use custom_context?
    I'm using Elastix v_1.6.2-13 and Call Center v_1.5-3.7
