Once I login to callcenter console as agent, it works fine. I get the music for waiting. Also, when I dialed in from outside, I go to queue and music plays. But they do not connect each other. Both just playing music. Whats up with this?
You have to create agents under callcenter module. Then you need to add that agent in the queue as A1001. Make sure you put "A" infront of the agent number. Last, you need to have a extension that will login to the agent and volaa.. it will work.
