How many Agents

    Hi all
    Can anyone provide info about the maximum number of active agents that can be supported by the elastix call center module. I prefer to know active installations.
    Any information will be valuable

    I believe that this information depends on how many concurrent calls your PBX supports
    I have a 2 pbx
    30 agents
    15 agents

    depends on your pbx

    Do you have any sample configuration files of your installation? How do you set up the queue? What settings do you have in your call center configuration tab? Any information will be valuable.I have a working installation with 5 agents that works fine but when i add more than 10, the form is not show up. I use the latest editions of elastix & call center
