    whbh,

Under Reports in the Elastix GUI, you will see CDR reports.

When you are logged in as Admin, you will see all CDR records. If you setup a user account in the Elastix GUI for that particular user, and only provide them access to the reports section, they will only see their calls.

This can also apply to other areas of the Elastix GUI, they can see just their monitored calls, their dashboard only.

Many users of Elastix login as admin on the console, and never setup user accounts, so they don't realise this feature is there. In fact this makes it one of its stronger features...

    Regards

    Bob

    whbh,

Under the Elastix GUI - select System then User Management.

Under here go to the users menu item (on the left)

    Create a new user

login (normally I use the extn number)
    Name
    password
Group (choose the predefined group called Extension)
extension select the extension that this person has.
    save

now when you go to the normal Elastix login, instead of logging in as admin, the user logs in as themselves.

They will then be presented with an abridged Elastix menu system which includes CDR Report under Reports.

If you want to give them more functionality, make a new Group and add and remove functionality as required. Assign this user the new group that you created.
